Calculate the mean, standard deviation, and max of the given array. Return them as a dictionary.

Available Data:

NumPy array arr with values: [23, 45, 12, 67, 34, 89, 56, 78]

Requirements:

• Calculate mean, std (standard deviation), and max
• Return a dict: {"mean": ..., "std": ..., "max": ...}
• Round mean and std to 2 decimal places
