1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 13 years old to use Topfolio. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use our services.

2. Our Services

Topfolio provides educational content and learning tools in data analytics, including but not limited to SQL, Excel, Python, and statistics. Our services may include:

• Video lessons and tutorials
• Interactive exercises and practice content
• Quizzes, assessments, and assignments
• Certificates of completion (for eligible courses)
• Learning progress tracking
• Paid courses, premium content, or paid features (where offered)

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Copy, distribute, or sell our content without permission
• Use automated systems to access our services (bots, scrapers)
• Submit false information or impersonate others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use our services to cheat on assignments or misrepresent your work

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Topfolio, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, and software, is owned by Topfolio or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

• Access and use the content for personal, non-commercial learning
• Share links to our courses with others
• Display certificates you have earned

You may NOT reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

6. Certificates

Upon completing eligible courses, you may receive a certificate of completion. These certificates:

• Verify that you completed the course requirements
• May be shared on professional profiles (e.g., LinkedIn)
• Do not represent academic credit or professional certification
• May be revoked if earned through fraudulent means or policy violations

7. Free & Paid Services

Topfolio may offer a combination of free and paid services. Free services may include access to selected learning content and tools. Paid services may include specific courses, premium content, certifications, mentorship, or other features.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our free or paid services
• Change which content is free versus paid
• Introduce new paid plans, products, or pricing
• Limit availability of courses or features

8. Payments, Billing & No Refunds

If you purchase a paid course, premium feature, or any paid service on Topfolio, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes as required. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and your purchase may be subject to their terms as well.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes (but is not limited to) course purchases, certificates, subscriptions, premium features, and digital content.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is flagged as fraudulent, we may suspend access to the related paid service and/or your account until the issue is resolved.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The accuracy or completeness of any content
• That completing our courses will result in employment
• Any specific outcomes from using our services

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topfolio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Topfolio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
