If you purchase a paid course, career track, premium feature, or any paid service on Topfolio, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes as required. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g. Razorpay), and your purchase may be subject to their terms as well.
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect enrolments already completed and confirmed.
All standalone course purchases, practice test packs, certificates, subscriptions, and digital resources are final and non-refundable upon access grant.
The Data Analyst Career Track operates on an open, uncapped rolling enrollment model without artificial cohort caps or seat constraints. Students may enroll at any time and progress through the curriculum at their own pace via automated in-browser execution environments and proctored milestone assessments. The track is offered under two distinct enrolment tiers:
Topfolio provides a full 100% tuition refund warranty for qualified graduates of the Data Analyst Career Track under the following contractual terms:
The 100% Money-Back Job Guarantee warranty applies exclusively to students enrolled in the Founder Career Guarantee Tier (₹8,999 tuition fee). Students enrolled in the Self-Paced Pro Tier (₹2,499) receive educational software access only and are not covered by this outcome warranty.
To qualify for the guarantee, the student must: (a) complete 100% of the core curriculum course modules and assigned sandbox exercises; (b) pass all milestone diagnostic tests with a verified score of 80% or higher; and (c) build, verify, and submit all production capstone projects in full compliance with published rubric standards.
The student must attend and actively complete their scheduled 1:1 ATS resume rebuild session and 1:1 live technical/behavioral mock interview with Founder Anuj Saini, implementing all designated action items on their resume and LinkedIn/Topfolio profiles.
Post completing all academic, capstone, and 1:1 mentorship conditions (8.4.2 & 8.4.3), the student must maintain an active, regular job search log documenting at least 50–60 tailored applications per day for a 120 calendar day period across LinkedIn, Naukri, company careers portals, or direct recruiter outreach using their Topfolio public portfolio link. All applications must be logged daily in the Topfolio system with automated/software tracking verification.
The student must be legally eligible to work in India and must not have rejected a bona fide written job offer or paid engagement in a Data Analyst or adjacent analytics role with annual compensation meeting entry-level market benchmarks (≥ ₹6.0 LPA or equivalent).
If an eligible student meets all criteria (8.4.1 through 8.4.5) and has not received a qualifying job offer at the conclusion of 120 calendar days post-graduation, the student may submit a refund claim via anuj.saini@topfolio.in with their application log. Following verification, Topfolio initiates a 100% reversal of the ₹8,999 fee via Razorpay directly to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is flagged as fraudulent, we may suspend access to the related paid service and/or your account until the issue is resolved.
Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topfolio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Topfolio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
