Top Earner per Department

Find the highest-paid employee in each department.

Available Data:

DataFrame df with columns: name, department, salary, age, city

Requirements:

• For each department, find the employee with the highest salary
• Return a DataFrame with one row per department
• Include name, department, and salary columns
• Sort by department name
