Log every call (model, tokens, USD, latency, fallback flag) — this log format is reused by the capstone cost dashboard. ### Golden suite (20Q) G1-G5 grounded factual (answer + cite): G1 refund-window days; G2 plan-94 gate thresholds; G3 chunk-size ceiling for the RAG corpus; G4 MLflow artifact rule; G5 warehouse free-tier read limit.
