ASSIGNMENT: Lists & Dict

Create a Python script that demonstrates your understanding of lists and dictionaries. Your submission should include: creating and modifying lists (append, insert, remove, slicing), working with nested lists, creating dictionaries, accessing and updating values, and iterating over both data structures. Include comments explaining each section of your code.
