ASSIGNMENT: Loops, if conditions & functions

Build a small Python program that combines loops, conditional logic, and functions. Your submission should include: at least one for loop and one while loop, if/elif/else branching, and at least two custom functions with parameters and return values. For example, write a number-guessing game or a simple calculator. Include comments explaining your logic.
