📋 Assignment Instructions Build a Tableau Story (3–5 story points) that presents a data-driven narrative about employee attrition. Imagine you're presenting to the company's leadership team.

Story Point 1: The Big Picture Overview Dashboard — build a dashboard showing: KPI cards: Total Employees, Attrition Rate, Avg Satisfaction, Avg Salary Attrition Rate by Department (bar chart) Employee count by Location (map or bar chart) Department filter that updates all views Caption : Write a story point caption summarizing the overall attrition rate and which departments are most affected.

Story Point 2: Who's Leaving? Attrition Profile Dashboard — build views showing: Attrition Rate by Job Level (bar chart) Attrition Rate by Years at Company (line chart — do new hires leave more?)
